Meet Liz
Life is full of challenges. Accepting them and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is something that I strive for, but what I really enjoy is helping others through their own challenges, whether they are physical or mental. Working through these can be very difficult to do on your own. My passion for health and fitness is driven by helping individuals find a way to focus their energy and live their best life.

Where It All Began
Growing up on a family farm in southern Wisconsin, there was never much down-time. There were always animals to feed, field work to complete, and a constant list of miscellaneous projects. I got to spend most of my time being active outside with my family.
Not until middle school did I really have any interest in sports. I found that interest in track & field. I Love Sprinting! I don't think there is a better feeling than running as fast as you can. I continued to compete in track and field throughout high school and felt accomplished by competing in state my junior and senior year.
I decided in college to forgo any athletics and focus on my education. I became active in others ways, I worked through the city of Oshkosh instructing floor aerobics classes and implementing new strength conditioning class while meeting many wonderful people in the community. About halfway through my college career, I decided to get certified as a personal trainer and trained with clients part-time while finishing my degree.
Upon completion of my college courses, I went on to my internship at University Of Wisconsin Sports Medicine Fitness Center in Madison, Wisconsin, which was an amazing experience. Assisting and learning from the staff to implement programs for members that were competitive athletes looking to improve sports performance to members with serious medical conditions looking to improve or maintain physical activity despite serious health conditions. This is were my passion for a health and fitness career really began.
